Cushman & Denison "Perfect Pocket Oiler." It is an antique precision miniature oil can featuring a leak-proof reservoir and a spring-loaded applicator pin designed to deliver oil one drop at a time. These were commonly used for lubricating sewing machines, bicycles, typewriters, firearms, and fishing. Likely from the early 1900's,in overall very nice condition with all components present, and legible markings on the can bottom and lip of the spout.
