2003 McDonalds' Happy Meal with 100% Pure Beef Hamburger Ad

This original 8.5 x 11" magazine ad from 2003 promised that McDonald's Happy Meal's contained 100% pure beef hamburger.  I wonder if that is still true today and if instead they are 3-d printing them, hmmmm maybe that's only in Germany?
