2 Vintage Conventional Built Pre-fab House Ads - Mfg in Litchfield, Minnesota

This offering consists of 2 individual Conventional Built Pre-Fab house advertisements from their Litchfield, Minnesota manufacturing facility.  The first ad is from Feb 1964 and measures @ 2.5 x 8" and features Plan 3246BG for a 3 bedroom ranch home with attached garage.  The second ad is from 1958 and measures @ 4.5 x 4.5" and showcases another type of ranch house design, but does not give a plan number that I can see.  Both are fascinating bits of history is you live in one of these older pre-fab houses today!
