1966 Pall Mall - There's One In every Crowd! Cigarette Magazine Ad

This vintage 10 x 13" ad isn't dated that I could find, and it was removed from the magazine some time ago.  Based on other ads in my collection I'm dating it as either 1957 or 1966, not sure which it may be though.  The second tagline on the ad is "you don't have to stand on your head to prove you're particular about taste".  Ad is in excellent used condition.
