1947 Parker Pen Quink Ink - Uncle Sam Says Save Pen Repair Materials Ad N770

This original 7 x 10" magazine ad featured Uncle San requesting you save pen repair materials by using Parker Quink with Solv-x in your fountain pens.  Even though this is Post WWII rubber continued to be in short supply and Quink extended the live of rubber pen parts by cleaning the pen barrel as it was used.
