This listing is for the JUN 6, 1944  Original  FORT MYERS NEWS-PRESS front page which carried the Historic Headline: ALLIES START INVASION, LAND ON FRENCH COAST Please not that this page has had two sections neatly clipped out of it long ago, as seen in the image.  The headline and upper half of page are still nicely in tact.

Picture quality is less than optimum because the item is stored in a protective plastic sleeve, and glare is inevitable.  Page is being stored flat, but is very fragile outside of its protective sleeve.  Page has period patina and is in readable and displayable condition at this point. 

Flat Size averages @ 18 x 24" depending on the publisher.

 When they are purchased they ship within a business day rolled gently into a cylindrical mailing tube (3" diameter) for the securest transport to your location. These tubes are considered irregular packaging by the USPS so postage is a bit higher than flat rate.
