This original 8.5 x 11" magazine ad from 1944 highlights the loyalty of John Deere employee such as John Little, who is shown riveting grain elevator sections.  This is a typical ad from WWII in that they sold their reputation instead of equipment in order to continue to be known in the marketplace but also show support of the troops abroad.
