This original vintage handmade by the brand Miranda came from grandma's estate and is likely from 1940 - 1950 in age. The collar features 6 rows of faux pearls attached to a silk or satin liner. The back side carries the label Miranda Made in Japan. The fastener is a simple hook that attaches in a thread latch. It's hard to get a good measurement because it cannot be straightened fully. I'm estimating that it is @ 12 - 15". Meant to attach to a crew neck sweater to elevate it's fashion appeal.
