1928 Centerfold McCormick-Deering List of First 500 Farmers to Go Horseless Ad#2362

This extremely rare Centerfold magazine ad was published in an edition of the 1928 American Agriculturist Magazine.  It showcases the Names and Locations of the first 500 North American Famers to go Horseless with the purchase of a McCormick-Deering Tractor. 

A Quick glance shows most of the innovators were from the South and West of the Mississippi at the time.  I only saw 3 names from Wisconsin!  This is a very interesting piece of McCormick-Deering and International Harvester History for sure. 

The paper is very frail and the centerfold is not 100% attached.  Presently the ad is folded and in a protective sleeve cover to help ensure that it gets to its new owner as safe as possible.   The ad measures 13 x 20" when fully open as shown in the image.
