This original 8.5 x 11" magazine page contains two historical and collectible advertisements.  The front side features the "Time Ball" a French tradition according to the ad.  The event inspired the promotion of the Elgin Pocket watch because of it's precision and accuracy.  The reverse side features Stacy Swivel Load Binders, for securing truck or wagon loads in place for transportation.  This is a rugged ad and perfect for those interested in tools of the period.
