1920 Dual-Sided Product Ad Kantleek Water Bottle & Red Star Stove Ad #2172

This original 11 x 14" magazine page was published in 1920 and contains full page ads front and back for some popular products that you don't find often advertised.

On the front is a colorful classic Red Hot Water Bottle sold under the tradename KantLeek.  I can remember using one of these when I was a kid, worked wonders for earaches!  These items were staples in most homes and sold through Rexall Drugs. 

On the back is an ad that at first I thought was for yeast, but it is actually for Red Star Detroit Vapor Oil Stove.  Confused me because the main graphic is for Biscuits!  The Stove did not have Wicks, Asbestos Rings and there was No Smoke and No Smell.  RED STAR was the name of the burner.
