This original lamp shade is commonly referred to as a wedding cake lamp shade because of the tiered design. It is a milk glass base with hand painted shading on the exterior. This shade is frosted with pink icing and green trees/shrubbery in the center section. Item could use a good cleaning, but it has very few minor flea bites along the edge, making it an excellent example of the Art Deco period (1920-1930). The Base is 8" and the Fitter is 2", Height is 5". The metal shade holders are not included.
The second image shows where the paint is missing, I suspect this is an original condition rather than being worn off, as the glass underneath is not marred but shiny. The interior of the shade is a glossy white. The minor flea bites I noted are shown in the close up images, and not noticeable when installed on a lamp.
Light could be mounted on the ceiling, or on a Heavy Boudoir Type Cast Base.
