1897 Pabst Malt Extract - Doctor Fluid - Best Tonic - Pocahontas - Ad #N1265

This original 7 x 10" magazine ad features Pabst Malt Extract from 1897 when it wasn't known as Blue Ribbon Beer but "Doctor Fluid" or "tonic"  I'm not sure what Pocahontas has to do with the whole thing, because if you read the ad it is a testimonial from a doctor based in Paris, France.
