1937- 1940 Goodyear Tires Blow-outs & Four Roses Blended Whiskey Magazine Ad

This original Goodyear ad measures 8.5 x 11" and features a man giving his report to a policeman in front of his crashed car.  The ad isn't dated front or back so I'm estimating the date to be in the late thirties or early forties, but I'm not swearing to it.  I doubt that it's later, but it could be slightly earlier.  The reverse side features Four Roses Whiskey a blend of straight whiskies.  Doesn't help that ad isn't dated either.
